Sanguinism is a fictional ideology that divide people into two groups: "pure-blood" with Rh- and "monkey blood" with Rh+.

They are not so lunatics as real ones, instead, they insits on Rh- indicates person as descendant of true people without mixing with undermen/monkeys/whatever, so it mixes with white racism as there is more negatives among white people, then any among other race.
It also became very popular in Euskadia(about one third of the Basques have a negative Rh), mixing with the local nationalism. Revolutionary party named National Society of Purity and it's military wing - Brotherhood of Blood even plans to start revolution.

That's pretty damn interesting, however I'm sure it'd run into problems if someone tried to expand its support base. So many people would insist on their purity.
